NBRA brings together leaders in women issues, maternal health care, education, education finance, minority healthcare access and elected public officials to learn about techniques that have succeeded globally in reducing maternal and infant mortality to discuss the potential to improve health care access for our states underserved populations with Dr. Michelle Telfer, DNP, MPH, CNM, FACNM from the Yale School of Nursing with particular focus on the potential for opening a school of midwifery in Nevada.
